The CHINGCUNG CCAQY(F)-2/240 Copper Clad Aluminium Enamelled Wire features a premium bimetallic conductor — an aluminium core metallurgically bonded with a 15% copper volume fraction outer layer. This higher copper content delivers superior electrical performance compared to standard 10% CCA wires.
The aromatic polyimide insulation (Class 240) provides exceptional thermal stability, chemical resistance, and radiation tolerance — making this wire an ideal choice for aerospace coils, automotive actuators, high-frequency transformers, and applications where weight reduction, cost control, and reliable conductivity are critical.
